WE ARE PROUD TO CALL OURSELVES THE NON-AMERICAN AMBASSADORS OF AMERICAN CULTURE TO THE WHOLE WORLD; WHEREFORE WE HAVE MADE OURS THE POWER-LOADED WORDS THAT ONCE DRIPPED FROM  THE LIPS OF FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE CONDOLEEZZA RICE AS SHE WAS  TALKING TO U.S. DIPLOMATS AROUND THE GLOBE:

‘’…WE ARE ENCOURAGING MORE OF YOU TO MOVE BEYOND COUNTRY CAPITALS AND INTO COMMUNITIES WHERE WE HAVE NO FORMAL PRESENCE, TO FORGE NEW PARTNERSHIPS NOT ONLY WITH GOVERNMENTS BUT ALSO WITH ENTIRE SOCIETIES.’’

Extracted from the March 2007 issue of '' US Department of State Magazine''

NO WONDER WE ARE PRESSING FORWARD TO TAKE THE BEST OF AMERICA TO WHERE IT BELONGS, THAT IS TO SAY TO THE WORST PARTS OF THE GLOBE.

ACTION FIELDS

EDUCATION

'' If you think education is expensive, try ignorance.''

Derek C. Bok, american lawyer, educator and

25th President of Havard University (1971-1991).

We view education as being the launching pad and  space-suit of irreversible development. Until it is reckoned and given its due place in our development policies, our dreams of grandeur will remain as attainable as the horizon. But what is education?

CHILD LIFE IMPROVEMENT

'' Children are our most valuable resource.''

                                                                                     Herbert Hoover,

31st President of the United State.

Everybody seems to have figured out that any human person aged less than 18 is a child. What not everybody seems to have understood is that such a person, though apparently fragile and helpless, has some unalienable rights on the simple ground of their human nature.

HUMAN RIGHTS POPULARIZATION & SOCIAL PEACE CONSOLIDATION

''America did not invent human rights in a very real sense, it is the other way  around. Human rights invented America.''

             Jimmy Carter,

                       39th  President of United States

Humans have long held the mistaken belief that social peace is the simple absence of war or tumoil. Yet peace is more, far more, than that. It is a harmonious sort of social situation resulting from the willful observance of basic human rights by the different components of society.

AMERICAN ENGLISH PROMOTING

'' England and America are two countries separated by the same language.''

                        George Bernard Shaw,

                                British critic.

According to Charlemagne, ''to have another language is to possess a second soul''.

How true !

We are firmly convinced that Americans' manner of English is loaded with Americans' groundbreaking manner of thinking, the very powerhouse of their astounding success.
It is our intimate belief that whoever, whether an individual or a collectivity, will be doing this language wholeheartedly, they will indirectly be registering for a life-style of all-round fulfillment.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

''Surplus wealth is a sacred trust which its possessor is bound to administer
in his life time for the good of the community.''

                                Andrew Carnegie

Former American industrialist, business magnate, philanthropist,

and one time world's richest man.

Without a serious and effective set of community developemnt programs, peace turns into a precarious calm and human rights restraints into unbearable yokes. The have-nots become extremely suspicious of the haves and the outcome of it all is upheaval and social unrest.

RURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP FURTHERANCE

'' An entrepreneurial economy is what made America great. People did not come                                         to settle the country several hundred years ago for all the good paying jobs.                                             There were not any. There was nothing but natural resources and                                                                 opportunities.''

Chris Andrew Lutz, Modular Career Design.

The Bible bears record that when God created His pattern-man, He put him onto a plot of wild land, not into a skyscrapper-filled-New-York-looking city. Why ? He obviously wanted him to use his brain to unveil the potentials of his estate.
